Transportation Program

The Transportation Program assists seniors age 60 and over and disabled adults (under age 60) in Calhoun County who need to access medical services and ongoing medical treatments. The program also provides transportation for grocery shopping, hair appointments, visitations at nursing homes, and attending social activities, including those held at Burnham Brook.

A 2-to-3 day advance notice is requested for all rides. There is no charge for these services, but a donation is appreciated.

Monday through Friday
A 14-passenger van and wheelchair-accessible bus is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
